Dear Sister,

This exhibition was born out of longing for more feelings that are “sister(hood)’.

You know that feeling. The freedom to show up raw. The comfort of realizing you are not alone in an experience. The relief of not needing to explain. The quiet confidence of being loved without conditions.

Growing up as an only child, I spent years longing for a sister(hoodO connected by blood. The deeper gift is realizing we get to choose our sister along the way.

This show is an exploration and expression of exactly that. A space dedicated to our resilience, our ancestry, the weights we collectively carry, and the moments we finally choose to release. More than anything, it is a shared agreement to catch each other when the world gets too heavy to hold up alone.
